Due to an insufficient number of registered participants at this time, we will be rescheduling the Fire Extinguisher Training Event which was scheduled for this coming Saturday (9/12) at Whiteman Airport . We will use the upcoming Stakeholder and Airport Association meetings to broadcast the event and register participants and anticipate that the event will be rescheduled for sometime early next month.
Event information is provided below. Announcements will be made when a new date has been selected. We hope that you will be able to join us for this very useful training event.
2009 Fire Extinguisher Training Event @ Whiteman Airport
Interested tenants are invited to participate in our first annual Fire Extinguisher Training Event to learn the proper use of a hand-held fire extinguisher. There will be a presentation followed by a hands-on live-fire practice session. Following the event, complimentary hotdogs and sodas will be served. Prior confirmation is required to participate in the event. Please call Jason Morgan, Airport Manager or Ara Martirosyan, Assistant Airport Manager at (818) 896-5271 to confirm your participation.
